Welcome to my practice!

Are you struggling with disturbing memories, depression, anxiety, or negative self-perception?

Do you feel like your heart and your head are in different places? Your mind says, “It wasn’t my fault. I did my best,” but your heart, body, and feelings disagree.

Do you want to make changes and move ahead, but don’t know where or how to start?

As a licensed clinical social worker, my heart is dedicated to supporting trauma survivors on their healing journeys.

Trauma can be defined as a disturbing life event. It includes significant life changes that have affected your life and still do so today.
